• To prevent deformation of the bag’s shape and print, washing is not recommended. Please spot clean with a brush or cloth.
• For dark-coloured fabrics, there may be colour fading if washed incorrectly. We recommend washing separately.
• To preserve the print, wash in water below 30℃ using a neutral detergent, with a delicate cycle such as wool mode.
• Do not use bleach, fabric softener, dryer, or iron.
• Gently squeeze out water and dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
• Due to the nature of cotton material, pilling may occur on the surface, which is a natural phenomenon that can happen after repeated washing.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by washing.
• Colours may appear different depending on lighting, shooting environment, or monitor settings.
• Due to the nature of the fabric, threads of different colours or slight yarn clumping may occur; these are not defects and exchanges/returns are not available for this reason.
• As this is a handmade product, slight size variations may occur.
• All prints are done by hand, and due to the characteristics of the process to express natural brushstrokes, unique sharpness, smudges, or variations may appear.
